Terms and Conditions of Silent Auction
- 1. All bids and bidders names remain confidential
- 2. Details of all successful bids, including prices, remain confidential
- 3. All profits from the sale of Silent Auctions go to the DBF
- 4. Closing Dates of all Silent Auctions are notified on start date of auction
- 5. There is no lower or upper limit to the price of any bid (remember, all profits go to the DBF)
- 6. Successful bidder will be notified by email within 3 working days of auction closing date
- 7. Successful bidder agrees to pay bid price to ArtToFly within three working days of receiving notification of winning the bid
- 8. Payment will be made via secure method using Visa, Mastercard, etc via PayPal, using form provided
- 9. Should successful bidder fail to pay ArtToFly within three working days of receipt of winning notification, the bid is made void.
- 10. Where a bid is made void the product may be offered to another bidder, or re-auctioned at a later date
- 11. ArtToFly shall not be obligated to accept the highest, or any bid
- 12. ArtToFly reserves the right to withdraw any item from auction at any time
- 13. ArtToFlyÕs decisions are final
- 14. By making a bid, the bidder automatically accepts these Terms and Conditions
