FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


FAQ: How do I place an order?

Select the product you wish to order then click the "Add to Cart" button that appears on the page. Your order will be placed into your shopping basket. Once you have placed something in your shopping basket you will see the basket symbol at the top of the screen. Simply click the basket icon at any time to take you directly to your shopping cart.

How do I add another product before I check out?

Click the "Continue" button and continue shopping.

How do I delete a product from my Shopping Cart?

If for any reason you wish to eliminate a product from your shopping cart, click the small box by the side of the Product Name, then click the "Update" button. This removes that particular product from your order.

How do I place my order when I am ready?

When you have added all the products you wish to buy to your Shopping Cart, just click the "Check Out" button. This will take you to the PayPal payment page. If, like most Internet shoppers, you have a PayPal account, simply log in with your e-mail address and password. You should see your order, together with your delivery address all completed for you. Review your order and when you are ready to proceed, click the "Pay Now" button.

Why do you use PayPal?

PayPal is the largest most popular ordering system on the Internet and allows you to use most credit cards. It is easy and quick for customers to use, and most important, it is entirely secure.

What if I don't have a PayPal account?

You don't need to have PayPal account, if you normally use your credit card for internet purchases, please follow the instructions on the PayPal page.

How will I know my order is accepted?

You will receive two confirmations of your order - one from PayPal and another from us. PayPal will send you an e-mail confirming they have made a payment to us on your behalf. ArtToFly will also confirm receipt of your order and advise you of shipping details. Check your order looks correct and email us immediately if you find any discrepancy.

What next?

What are your delivery charges?

There are none. We pay all costs for processing, handling, packaging, shipping and insurance.

How will my order be shipped?

We use only professional shipping materials. Your purchase will be carefully packaged and dispatched using a reputable carrier.

What about shipping overseas?

We will ship anywhere in the world at no cost to you.

What about insurance, import duty?

Shipments are insured and delivered to your door by a local carrier. There may be import duty depending on where you live but in most countries these are waived on individual customer imports.

How is my order packaged?

Prints are shipped in tough mailing tubes specifically designed for the task. Original paintings and mounted (matted) prints and drawings are flat packed in sturdy custom-designed cartons.

Can you ship to an alternative address?

Yes. On the PayPal order form, select the "Ship to different address" button, then enter the address where you want us to send your order. For your security, you will also need to complete your invoice address to match your credit card or PayPal account records.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the highly unlikely event the outer packaging is seriously damaged you may refuse to take delivery. If for any other reason your order arrives damaged contact us by email and we will advise the procedure to follow.

How soon will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship within 3 working days from receipt of order. Delivery depends on where you live. Delivery in UK and Europe usually takes 3-5 days, beyond Europe please allow 7-10 days.

How will I know my order has been shipped?

We will email you confirmation when your order has been despatched. If there is a delay in shipping for any reason you will be advised by email.

What if the product I want is sold out?

All products featured in the ArtToFly website are in very short supply. If we are sold out our system won't allow you to order. In this event please email us details of your requirement as sometimes alternative products become available. We always do our best to help.

In what currency can I pay?

Our ordering system allows you to choose between British Pounds and US Dollars. To display prices in the currency you prefer please click the national flag at top right on the Home page.

Do you provide a Money-Back Guarantee?

Yes. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return it (properly packed and in pristine condition) for a full refund within 30 days.

What percentage of the profits go to the Douglas Bader Foundation?

100% of all profits go to the DBF's Disabled Children's Flying Days Programme.
